Having been given a message from spirit is brilliant enough, but then to receive a portrait from them as well is further proof that life continues beyond the physical death.
During my life I have given thousands of portraits away and am always very pleased to hear from people who have said that the picture has brought them comfort.
I am not a portrait artist and I have never studied art although I am very creative and I do believe that does help with my clairvoyance.
Spirit Art is done in very much the same way as automatic writing.
When I feel the pencil move I just go with it and enjoy watching the picture appear. The pictures can appear in a matter of seconds unlike a normal portrait artist who sometimes takes hours or even days to complete a likeness. It never ceases to amaze me how clever Spirit are and I am always humbled by their attention to detail in each picture. This is probably the closest we are at the moment to spirit photography. It is also the most evidential form of mediumship as although it is fantastic to get a message and verbal evidence, to be able to see and recognise a face is unquestionable and can help in the healing process of grieving.
This Picture was kindly sent to me by Cliff Docherty of his Mum who I drew in 2006. At the time he thought it was of his Grandmother untill he came accross a photo which confirmed it was indeed his Mother. Thanks Cliff for your confirmation.
It is a gift that I have been given and I am very lucky to have it.
I also draw on occasion animals, they like to be remembered just as much as our friends and loved ones.
Guide portraits is a fascinating subject. Many people ask me how I can prove that the guide that I am drawing is real and not just my imagination.
After all unless the guide was a famous person, no one would know what they look like.
A few years ago I proved that they are here with us and they like their portraits drawn just as much as our dear friends do.
A friend of mine asked me to see if I could draw her guide. She did not tell me anything about the guide at all.
When I had drawn the portrait she showed me a portrait that was drawn the year before in London by another Spirit/psychic Artist. I think you will agree they are both very similar even down to the bags under the eyes and the lines on the chin.
My drawing is the top one. Drawn in 2003.
The drawing below was drawn in 2002 by an Artist at the SAGB in London.
We both picked up on the rather miserable look on her face as well!

Here is a portrait that I drew in 2005.Below is the photograph I was given this year 07 to show me the likeness.

This is a picture I drew for a lady at a studio in Essex in April 06.It is of her beloved Grandad. As you can see by the photo below that was given to me afterwards there is a real likeness. The lady's testimonial is on the home page for you to read.
This is the photo that was given to me after I did the above drawing to show me the likeness.

Here is the feature that was shown in the Daily Express on Thursday 26th October 2006. Unfortunately there are a few missquotes in the article and I also felt that the reporter as lovely as she was did not have much of an idea about Spiritualism and how mediums work.
This was a picture I drew for a lady who did not recognise it until she took the picture to Bulgaria and showed her Mother who then took a small photo of her own Mother from her bag and showed her the likeness. It was the lady's Grand Mother who she had never known.

As you can see the story appeared in news papers and magazines around the world.

This is the dog that I drew for my friend Jacky Newcomb whilst she was interviewing me on the phone. It is her beloved dog Lady who past to spirit only a few months before we spoke. I had never seen her dog and did not even realise that she had lost her.Jacky writes about her in her latest book "An Angel by my side" To find out more about Jacky please visit her website.

This is a photo of Lady that has been kindly sent to me by Jacky Newcomb. As you can see there is a definite likeness.
Hasn't this Nun got the most peaceful of faces?
